-
What is the admissions process at Park House Prep? The standard admissions process usually involves an initial contact from the parents, followed by an arrangement for a visit and look around the school. Sometimes, a taster session for the student may be arranged before joining.

-
Is there a specific entry point for new students? We welcome students at any point during the school year, as the flexibility in our curriculum and small group sizes allow for successful integration.
-
What is the school's approach to pastoral care and student well-being?Well-being and the care of students sit at the heart of the school's mission and is built in to all we do.
-
What is the school's policy on student enrolment and class sizes? Our policy on class size ensures that classes will always remain at 12 or below to optimise our active pedagogy and personalised focus.
-
Are there any tuition fees or financial aid options available? Our fees remain incredibly competitive, allowing us to enrol a broad range of families. We do not offer scholarships, as we prefer to share subsidies across all potential school members rather than reward academically or sportingly able students.
-
Are there any open days or events where I can learn more about Park House Prep?Historically we have arranged Open Days but our focus on a personalised learning journey is logically best begun with a private viewing of the school.
-
What extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes does Park House Prep offer? The extra and co-curricular programme at Park House Prep is impressive. It ensures that all students participate in various activities, including martial arts, digital literacy (including coding and AI), garden design, cooking, and science master classes.
-
Is there an entrance exam or assessment for prospective students? We do not select students on academic grounds and have no entrance examinations. If indicated, a student's acceptance may be conditional on the family's willingness to finance necessary learning support.
-
How does Park House Prep support the transition of new students into the school community?Upon joining the school, new students will be subject to close, personalised tracking, with significant teacher time and attention every school day to ensure their progress and needs are met.
-
What age groups does Park House Prep cater to?Currently, our age range is 7-11, but there are plans to introduce a Year 1 class in the future. It is worthwhile making contact regardless of your child's age.
-
What are the school's admission criteria? Our overriding concern is that new entrants will be happy and integrate well into our school community. If we believe that this will not be the case, we will advise you. This is rare, but honesty at application is in everyone's best interest.
-
Are there any specific requirements or documents needed for the application process? The enrolment process involves several documents and requirements, which will be explained during the first contact.
-
Can I schedule a visit to tour the school before applying?Absolutely, we encourage all new entrants to visit us prior to joining. Some students may also need the opportunity for a taster day, while others do not.
